Avatar is a product-ready and customizable compact System On Module (SOM) based on Freescale i.MX51 and i.MX25.
The Avatar modules are complete computers, implemented on a small board and ready to be integrated in your products. Avatar modules includes a Freescale i.MX25 or i.MX51 processors, USB PHY, DDR2 and eMMC or microSD socket. The integrated LCD controller allows direct connection to an LCD.
Avatar is specifically targeted for embedded applications where size, performance, rugged solutions and cost are critical factors.
